In this webinar, WestEd experts in educational research and evaluation will provide support in understanding how to design classroom outcomes and impact research that is low risk to participants and complies with typical IRB and Institutional Research participant and student data protection requirements. WestEd will support attendees with strategies and tools for designing appropriate, effective, and IRB- and FERPA-compliant recruitment, participation consent, and data protection procedures. They will also supply strategies and tips for managing projects involving data collection from multiple institutions with different IRBs and Institutional Research departments. 

This webinar is geared towards those who know the basics of what an IRB is and why it is required and need support in compliant research design, but all are welcome!
